Manages all Business affairs. Paula has over 16 years of experience in the construction industry.

Raymond Keefe

Construction Manager

A construction Manger with over 24 years of experience in the industry, Ray establishes lasting relationships with his clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers by making the construction process a positive and rewarding experience, for everyone involved. Ray will do everything in his power to make sure the job is done right the first time.

Larry Lynch

Sales Manager

Larry is the sales manager for Keefe Construction services and has been for Seven  years. Larry brings a vast knowledge of sales and a commitment to customer satisfaction.  Larry knows, Companies don’t build buildings, people do and Larry works hard to find and develop only the very best people for each job.

Greg Smits

Superintendent

Greg is the superintendent for Keefe construction services and has held this position for 10 years. He has also been involved in the construction industry for over 25 years. Greg’s commitment and work philosophy can be summed up in two words: Can Do. Without hesitation, he consistently does everything in his power to get the job done right by anticipating problems before they occur. Whatever it takes really means something here. His quality and excellence, on the job, has earned him customer’s request for his participation of leadership on their projects.

Our History

Keefe Construction Services was founded in 2006 in Wiggins Colorado. Paula and Ray Keefe founded KCS to create a design build company. Their model for the company is to empower their employees to take on leadership roles in every project. This leadership develops teams that take pride and ownership in their projects. Ray and Paula continue to oversee the higher level elements of each project such as quality, budget and schedule to provide projects that exceed their owners expectations.

 

Ray started 25 years ago as a construction laborer and has grown to become the VP of Keefe Construction Services. Ray continues to be involved in every project because his passion is to build the best project. He enthusiastically approaches each project with a positive and team oriented attitude that results in successful project time and time again.
